I live more than 50 kilometres from your centre, but I could possibly go to your house.

1. You come to the center a first time to have a complete audio-psycho-phonological check-up. This will allow us to understand your problems and to offer you a personalized rehabilitation.
2. You leave with our TalksUp® pocket electronic ear to do your first listening session at home.
3. You return the unit to us by post or courier.
4. We perform a check-up by videoconference, then send you the device by mail for your second listening session.
5. You return the unit to us by post or courier.
6. And so on, until your rehabilitation is complete.

I live too far away to come to your centre, I live in another country.

We offer a complete solution for remote monitoring and processing.

1. We evaluate your request and problems during a full interview by videoconference with our consultant. This will enable us to offer you a personalized rehabilitation.
2. We send you our TalksUp® pocket-sized electronic ear to do your first listening session.
3. You return the unit to us by post or courier.
4. We perform a check-up by videoconference, then send you the device by mail for your second listening session.
5. You return the unit to us by post or courier.
6. And so on, until your rehabilitation is complete.
