Nolan's testimonial on the results of the Tomatis method

I am now 17 years old, and I am an apprentice. My problem was my difficulties in concentrating, paying attention, and my grades. After doing my three listening sessions, I wanted to share my experience.

First of all language and communication, that's where I noticed a change right away. My father and my friends tell me that I have gained in maturity, that I express myself much better, that my questions are more thoughtful. Before, I often searched for words, or even stuttered, but now it has completely disappeared.

In terms of concentration, I also notice a nice difference, for example in class, before it was impossible to stay focused and listen for more than 45 minutes. Now, I can hold on without any problem for three 45-minute lessons. My auditory memory has developed, so I don't need to take as many notes as I used to.

Speaking of note-taking, my handwriting has changed too, here is an example before and after treatment.

My marks were between 3 and 4.5, now they are between 4 and 5.5, I have gained confidence in myself, I no longer hesitate to ask questions, I have become curious, I am interested in what is happening in class, whereas before I was content to do what I was asked.

All this is to say that I've seen some changes, I'm very happy with the method.
